1、Work Instructions
For processes that affect product quality, work instructions should be prepared to guide production. Work instructions, quality control documents, etc., should be the current and valid version, and should be correct, complete, coordinated, unified, clear, and consistent with the text and facts. The equipment used in the production supply process (including measuring equipment) shall comply with the requirements of the relevant documents and be in a controlled state.
2、Professional qualifications
The relevant personnel in the production supply process shall have the necessary knowledge and skills for the post, and shall control the release, delivery and post-delivery activities of the product according to the arrangement of the production and service supply planning. Procurement products used in the production and supply process shall have conformity certificates, and unqualified purchased products cannot be put into production.
3、Inspection standards
The inspection, measurement and test methods used in the production process should meet the requirements of relevant regulations and ensure that they are in a controlled state. Affecting the working environment required for the product to meet the compliance requirements, such as temperature, humidity, lighting, cleanliness, excess and anti-static, etc., shall comply with the provisions of relevant technical documents and standards.
4、file control
The documents used in the production process shall not be altered at will, and the modification of various documents must be handled in accordance with relevant regulations, such as changes in equipment, purchased products, and processes, subject to approval by an authorized person. During the production process, the product should maintain a unique identification and control the traceability of the product, and make identification and records for traceability. The control of product identification and traceability shall be carried out in accordance with relevant regulations.
5、save protection
The whole process of products from receiving, internal processing, release and delivery to customers shall take necessary protective measures to ensure the conforming quality of products. The product scope includes purchased products, in-process products and final products and their components.
In order to prevent the product from being damaged before use or delivery, the product that has passed the inspection should be stored in the warehouse. After the products are put into the warehouse, the warehouse staff of the production department will place the products according to the product stacking requirements. Before the product is delivered, the delivery person shall take measures to protect the product from damage until the delivery time specified by the customer.
6、After-sales tracking
Post-delivery Sales conducts regular customer visits to collect and analyze information on product usage and services as opportunities for improvement. When problems are found after delivery, the sales department should deal with them in a timely manner, take corresponding corrective/preventive measures through cause analysis, and report the situation as required.
